I decided to get in touch with them this year for its annual MOT and yearly service. The customer service they have just provided has been absolutely impeccable!!. I dealt with George who was really polite, helpful, efficient and great communication throughout the whole process. Lewis and his team went the extra mile to get the vehicle ready for when I came to pick it.

Brought a lovely little car from highline premium cars ( scirocco ) when buying the car everyone who worked there was extremely helpful, kind and professional. All the cars there are of a high standard and well looked after. Unfortunately we had a little bit of trouble with the car we brought from there resulting in it needing to go back. ( nothing to do with the company or the people who worked there) it was just very unfortunate. We contacted highline to explain the problems with the car and they were more than helpful and understanding, telling us we could bring the car back for a full refund which was absolutely amazing! It’s very rare to find a garage that helpful as we all know how bad some garages can be but I can easily say they have been the most helpful and professional garage I’ve ever been to. Just want to say a massive thank you to highline again for everything! If buying a car that’s of a high quality I would 100% recommend !

I had the pleasure of dealing with the chaps from Highline over the last week and it’s been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The car was exactly how they describe it over the phone, there was no pushy or over bearing sales tactics, they allowed the car to speak for itself. Communications were brilliant and the whole experience was 100% transparent and effortless.

Cannot recommend Lewis and his team enough. George is non pushy and on the ball. Mike is a legend. Lewis is a true gent and as honest as they come. We travelled to them from Cornwall to collect our Range Rover. It was an easy process. The car was exactly as described. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s worth it just to have a cuddle with the dogs. I promise you will not be disappointed in any car you decide to buy. Five stars.

Having recently purchased a Range Rover from these guys, i can highly recommend them. The sales were non pushy and you were left alone to view the car. Communications were great. Both Lewis and George were both on hand in person and on the phone for any questions or queries you have about the vehicle prior to sale.
